Chandоо, John Peltier, Tim Heng, Gasper Kamenschek and Charles Williams will hold Мasterclasses at the Bulgaria Excel Days 2022.

Masterclasses are full-day practical advanced Excel seminars, for a limited number of participants (maximum about 30 people).

Chandoo

Chandoo (also known as Purnachandra Rao Duggirala) is the real guru and legend in the Microsoft Excel world. He is also extremely colorful and funny as a person.

His site Chandoo.org is read by millions every year. It has over 500,000 monthly views and about 200,000 regular readers from all over the world. Chandoo YouTube channel has more than 230 000 subscribers

Chandoo has authored over 700 articles, 3 books and trained more than 20,000 individuals in different courses on Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA. He is passionate about Data Analytics and Visualization as well. Chandoo has regular engagements as a speaker, course facilitator, and business consultant all around the world.

Chandoo has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Indore and a Computer Science Degree from Andhra University – Vizag, India.

Jon Peltier is the president and owner of Peltier Technical Services. The company produces commercial and custom programs for information visualization and productivity improvement, primarily as Microsoft Excel add-ins.

He also provides training in advanced Excel topics related to charting, VBA programmability., and interaction with other applications.

Jon holds a Doctor of Science degree from MIT and has over 20 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, and production support, in the aerospace, automotive, and industrial parts industries. Jon’s background includes Statistics, Total Quality, and Six Sigma.

.Jon Peltier is also a writer and is one of the authors of the book “Excel Insights- A Microsoft MVP Guide To The Best Parts Of Excel”.

The topic of Jon masterclass is: “Advanced Charting in Excel”.

Tim Heng

Tim Heng has over 15 years of experience in developing and reviewing financial models across a range of industries and sectors, throughout Australia and internationally. He works to develop bespoke modeling solutions for business challenges, using a combination of Excel, VBA, Power BI, and database analytics.

He has worked across the world, with big corporate clients and financial institutions in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam, as well as numerous projects based throughout Africa. 

Tim has been a regular presenter at conferences, training courses, and webinars for Certified Practising Accountants Australia (CPAA) and Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ).  He is a frequent host of the Financial Modelling World Cup live competitions.

Gašper Kamenšek

Gašper Kamenšek is BI Consultant, Trainer, Excel and Power BI expert, owner of Excel Olympics. Speaker at more than 50 conferences and events, Trainer with more than 900 courses and seminars. When he is not lecturing Excel, Gasper works into various BI projects consisting either of PowerPivot and SQL with Excel or VBA. His passion in Excel made him starts an Excel blog in 2014. It’s called Excel Unplugged. Microsoft MVP since 2015. He was speaker and masterclasses host at all 3 editions of Bulgaria Excel Days.

The topic of Gasper masterclass is: “Advanced Power Pivot and DAX (become a filter context ninja)”.

It will take place on November 10, in the hall of Maison MGallery Hotel, Sofia.

Charles Williams
Charles Williams

Charles Williams is an Excel expert who specializes in performance — he is a world leader at making Excel go faster. One of his specialties is making your VBA UDFs (User Defined Functions) more efficient. After leaving IBM in 1996, he founded a Microsoft Office consultancy and software development company – Decision Models. His particular interest areas are: Excel Calculation performance, VBA UDFs & VBA Performance, Excel JS API, Large Excel model,  Excel Defined Names, Excel as frontend to Relational Databases, C++ XLLs.

Charles is co-author with Jan Karel Pieterse of Name Manager, a widely-used utility for managing Excel defined names, and author of FastExcel, a commercial product to help optimise Excel calculation speed. He is the developer of Lambda Explorer, the FastExcel Addin Family, and others.
